Veggie Castle II – I went to Veggie Castle II in South Richmond Hill in NYC. The original Veggie Castle is somewhere in Brooklyn, they moved into an abandoned White Castle location, so the name was a pun on that. They serve 100% vegetarian Caribbean food. supervegan.com/r.php?id=384
